Adolescence is a wild ride – big changes, intense feelings, and figuring out who you are.  Sometimes, it all feels like too much, and it's easy to feel lost or misunderstood.  I'm here to listen, help you make sense of things, and get you back on track.

Stuff I can help with:

  • Anxiety, stress, anger – sometimes it all piles up. I'll help you find healthy ways to cope so those feelings don't lead to acting out or making choices that feel bad later.

  • Friends, family, crushes – relationships are awesome but also complicated. Let's figure out how to manage drama, communicate better, and build healthy connections.

  • It's easy to compare yourself to others and feel down. I'll help you discover your strengths, build confidence, and ditch those negative thoughts.

  • This is the time for trying new things and figuring out what matters to you. I'm here to support you on that journey, without judgment or pressure.

  • Maybe there's stress at home, changes in your life, or maybe you're experimenting with risky stuff. I'm here to offer support and help find healthier ways to cope.

My approach with teens:

  • I get that therapy can feel weird at first. We'll go at your pace and focus on what matters to you.

  • I won't judge or tell you what to do. It's about working together to find solutions that make sense for your life.

  • Parents, school, other important people – sometimes it helps to get everyone on the same page. But it's always your call.
